Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

The People Engagement & Project Administrator (PEPA) role combines high-level executive support with hands-on involvement in People & Culture initiatives. This position is a consistent collaborator with CHRO to manage daily priorities, ensure organizational rhythm, and support the coordination and execution of key HR and Organizational Development (OD) efforts.

This position is expected to operate with autonomy, prioritize well in fast-moving environments, and maintain discretion and clarity in communication. While the administrative foundation of the role is essential, there is also consistent exposure to broader people strategies, offering space to learn and contribute to projects that shape the employee experience and culture of the organization.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Licensure/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preference in one of the following areas BA - Organizational Development, BA – Industrial Organizations, BA – Human Resources, BA – Business Administration.

Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive-level support required. Preference for HR, People Ops, or Operations environments.

  • Proven experience with Project Management required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative project tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.

  • Demonstrated curiosity and comfort with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Otter, Grammarly) to enhance productivity, create content, and support decision-making in a dynamic workplace.

  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities, calendars, and workflows with minimal supervision.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, reprioritize workload as needed, handle multiple tasks and projects at once and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in minute taking and chart-writing.
