About the Role: 

As a SaaS Server Applications Engineer, you will:

• Assist engineers in supporting existing key customers toward the successful adoption and implementation of Altium products. Assess the customer environment including IT infrastructure and Altium product usage
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical software questions and issues with a focus on our Cloud-based and Data Management solutions. Improve supporting mediums such as Knowledge Base Articles, Online Help, and Community Forum
• Provide SAAS Server Applications assistance
• Test new product features and updates as they are being developed and released in alpha, beta, and public builds
• Provide overall escalation management and technical solutions to review open issues, updating customers on the status of their tickets, and assisting customers and developers in the reproduction of issues
• Create topic-based content, such as online help, online user guides, video tutorials, knowledge base articles, quick start guides

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

• Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Additional Minimum Requirements:

  • Academic semester-long coursework or six months of work experience in:
    • Microsoft IIS, .NET Framework, ECAD Server integrations.
    • SaaS, electronic design software, verification, and automation.
    • Computer/Software troubleshooting.
    • Data Management, Database applications.

40 hours/ week. Job site: La Jolla, CA

Annual salary: $96,845/ year.

This position permits telecommuting from within the U.S.
