Business Analytics Manager

Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting sales data to

provide valuable insights for the organization. Your primary focus will be managing the

ingestion of all data & developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytical tools

that support sales leaders in making informed decisions. You will collaborate with cross-

functional teams to ensure data accuracy, identify trends, and contribute to the overall

success of our sales efforts.

Requirements

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilizes advanced analytical techniques to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
• Generates comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making processes.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitors and evaluate sales team performance against targets and goals.
• Identifies areas for improvement and collaborates with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective measures.

Data Visualization:

• Creates visually compelling dashboards and presentations to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensures data visualizations are user-friendly and aligned with business objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborates with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather relevant data and insights for holistic business analysis.
• Provides guidance on data-driven strategies to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Certification Equivalent. 

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with BI tools. (PowerBI or Looker Studio preferred but not required)
• Basic knowledge of database software navigation & running basic SQL queries.
• Experience in CRM navigation.

Preferred Skills

• Coding in languages such as JSON, Python or Java
