Job Description
The Customer Insights team is responsible for leveraging strategic insights, customer analytics, and market intel to understand customer behavior trends, product relationships, competitive positioning, and marketing opportunities to maximize global performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to present findings across the business by effectively translating data and analysis into clear insights, opportunities, and tangible business recommendations; regular updates to senior executives required
- Develop automated dashboards and build compelling data visualizations that effectively measure, track, and quantify changes in customer behavior and spend patterns
- Manage complex long-term projects from initial scoping through full execution with inputs from a variety of cross-functional teams (Retail, Merchandising, and Marketing)
- Display deep intellectual curiosity, creativity, and commitment to learning in order to solve critical business problems and push the boundary of our capabilities
- Obtain customer insight data from different sources, such as Looker, consumer surveys, Customer Support data, reviews, device usage data, and unsolicited feedback from customer
- Generate consumer profiles based on cohort analysis that can be used in developing strategic marketing plans
- Advocates for consumer-driven GTM strategy, product design, and overall CX
- Evaluate business opportunities and processes, prioritize and create alignment across teams
- Evaluate International marketing opportunities, informing localized consumer behavior, and marketing strategy per country
- Create a holistic customer view across all customer touchpoints
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, with demonstrated knowledge in the Customer Insight environment
- Prior knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is required
- Excellent writing, visualization, and communication skills
- Must be able to time manage effectively, be flexible, and juggle multiple projects and priorities
- Candidate must be able to synthesize multiple sources of information into meaningful conclusions and recommendations
- Comfortable working independently as well as with dynamic cross-functional teams
- Ability to present insights with confidence and represent the ‘voice of the consumer’ in meetings with brand partners
- Strong interpersonal skills, including a positive, cooperative attitude - both inside and outside the department
- Candidate must have the ability to manage relationships and administrative processes with multiple research suppliers
- Demonstrated prior experience with trend identification
- Previous experience with global research and GTM
Additional Information
Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000
