Description

Completion of the video interview is required to move forward to an in-person interview.As a CRM Assistant, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Jungo CRM system. You'll ensure data accuracy, support our sales and production teams, and help drive efficiency across the organization. A deep understanding of the lead lifecycle and the ability to hold team members accountable within the CRM is essential to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Oversee and maintain our Jungo CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
- Data Accuracy: Perform regular data audits to uphold data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead Tracking: Monitor the movement of leads through the CRM from entry to close, ensuring proper follow-through at each stage.
- Team Support: Assist sales and production teams with CRM-related concerns, generate reports, and help facilitate smooth interdepartmental communication.
- Accountability: Reinforce proper CRM usage and help ensure team members are fulfilling their responsibilities within the system.
- Optimization: Continuously identify ways to improve CRM workflows for better efficiency and performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Jungo CRM. Familiarity with the Home Services industry is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of database management, data entry, and CRM reporting functions. Knowledge of CRM best practices is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to maintaining accurate and high-quality data.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to see the full picture of the lead lifecycle and understand how each part impacts the whole process.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams and provide clear, actionable guidance.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in identifying CRM issues and implementing thoughtful solutions.
