As a scrum master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a scrum master like you to create solutions that’ll get us closer to offering reliable, sustainable, and accessible cloud solutions.

On our team, you’ll coach a development team of professionals to attain their highest performance, while ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You’ll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools from Atlassian you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team organize and deliver with minimal challenges.

In this role, you’ll directly impact law enforcement by shepherding development teams towards a common goal. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in Agile frameworks, such as SAFe, and leadership, technical development, and cloud solutions while successfully delivering project solutions that will protect our public and internal workforce.

You Have:

• Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements

• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence

• Experience driving client delivery and engaging with client management

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience as Scrum Master of a development team, or 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master of a development team in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of the project management framework

• Knowledge of IT infrastructures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment

• Possession of excellent problem-solving skills to assist development teams

• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
