Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Creative leads the creative team in strategic campaign development, leveraging creative expertise to win new business and grow accounts. This hands-on, senior-level role in a fast-paced, sales-driven organization involves creating innovative strategies, collaborating with vendor partners for successful execution, and driving the company's creative vision. Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Represent Major Accounts: Represent the creative team and build strong relationships for the company's largest accounts, agencies, and business partners.

  • Advise and Upskill Team: Guide team members in client discovery, creative strategy, budgeting, and execution.

  • Lead Creative Campaigns: Develop effective, innovative, and award-winning multi-platform campaigns.

  • Provide Leadership: Offer motivation, coaching, direction, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Storytelling: Engage in client-facing presentations and lead the team in achieving revenue goals.

  • Execute Strategies: Implement strategies and financial goals set by senior leadership.

  • Maintain Professional Communication: Maintain a positive attitude with professional communication.

  • Ensure Compliance: Manage and ensure compliance with all legal requirements and contracts.

  • Foster Collaboration: Work with senior leadership and partner departments to strategize business growth.

  • Represent as Thought Leader: Represent Mnemonic as a thought leader to drive new business opportunities.

  • Oversee Recruitment: Participate in recruiting and hiring internal staff.

  • Ensure Process Consistency: Ensure proper use of internal CRM, project management tools, and AI capabilities.

  • Resolve Issues: Anticipate and resolve potential issues proactively.

  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track metrics to measure campaign success and team productivity.

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning with insights on creative trends and market analysis.

  • Multi-Market Coverage: Oversee creative operations across multiple markets with remote teams.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, design, and creative direction on local and regional levels.
  • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams, with a record of inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating business objectives into impactful creative strategies.
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with business goals and objectives, ensuring creative campaign performance while consistently meeting business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in an advertising setting
