Administrative Assistant - Manufacturing & Materials

Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with the Manufacturing Administrator and Materials Coordinator to assist in completion of job duties. 
• Data entry of machine build project timelines into the Master Project Schedule into Microsoft Excel
• Completing Travel Request forms for Field Service employees using Microsoft Excel.
• Data entry of Field Service employee payroll hours into Paylocity payroll software. 
• Data entry of Field Service project information into Time & Materials reports using Microsoft Excel. 
• Assist in material tracking to ensure materials, parts and tooling are on hand in a timely basis for all projects on the manufacturing floor. 
• Track all inventory; materials, tools, and supplies within manufacturing plant warehouse / crib area. 
• Use Visual ERP Inventory software and Microsoft Excel to keep track of materials and project timelines. 
• Weekly reporting of project tool build and part / material status.

Pay Rate: Up to $24/hr based on experience.

Work Hours:

6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday.

Requirements

Education/Skills Required:

• 1+ years in an Administrative or Materials related role within a manufacturing facility. 
• Competent in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Project is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or GED 
• Available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must have the ability to regularly to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, crouch, bend, stretch, pull, or push and lift items. The employee must frequently lift and move items over 20 pounds.
