We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Pharmacy Manager to lead and support clinical pharmacy services at Mercy Medical Center. The pharmacy manager will provide oversight of pharmacists, develop and implement clinical programs, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use. In addition to oversight, this position will ensure appropriate formulary management and use of evidence-based guidelines, serve as a drug information resource for the interprofessional team, and lead initiatives to improve medication safety and regulatory adherence. Opportunities for professional development include informatics, drug shortages, compounding, inventory management, and teaching students and residents.
