The omnichannel measurement market is challenging, dynamic, fun, and provides almost unlimited opportunities for personal and professional growth. We're looking for a Director of Sales Enablement Manager to function as a key member of Kochava's Sales Engineering team.
This role is a unique opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to the growth of the company at a very exciting time. Kochava defines the mold for an innovative, high-growth, customer-focused company in a large and growing global market. The core product of focus is called “Publisher Suite”, Kochava’s real-time, outcomes-based measurement platform geared for premium publishers and platforms. This solution - which is separate and distinct from Kochava’s legacy solution as a Mobile Measurement Partner - requires considerable post-sale training and enablement to ensure maximum success for the customer. Job Responsibilities
- Develop enablement materials (presentations, collateral..etc.) and evangelize the benefits of the solution with internal teams and partners in the market to ensure that the content drives engagement, enthusiasm, and adoption of the Publisher Suite solution.
- Create a repeatable framework and cadence of Enablement training delivery across the spectrum of partners and customers with whom Kochava interfaces, focusing on supply side partners, platforms and advertising agencies.
- Plan and coordinate with Kochava’s Revenue team to execute enablement sessions with partners and agencies.
- Maintain flexibility to travel, deliver enablement sessions on site/in-person to partners and agencies, as well as participate in partner events.
- Identify channel opportunities in the market where enablement training will have the most significant impact on Kochava's revenue goals.
- Cultivate relationships with both Partners and Agencies in order to feed opportunities back into the Revenue team for deal execution.
- Maintain a framework of gathering feedback from Partners, Platforms and Agencies in order to inform Kochava teams (Revenue, Ops, Product) on market feedback and needs being expressed by the market.
- Maintain a close working relationship with Sales leaders to identify the market timing of education sessions.
- Work with Kochava’s Product Marketing team in the development of collateral and training material, customizing as required for each partner and agency.

- Publishers/Platforms: Sales Leadership, Ad Sales Marketing & Measurement, Ad Operations, Ad:Tech Product
- Advertising Agencies: Digital Media Leadership & Activation, Solutions Architecture, Analytics and Measurement Leads
Experience/Skills Required
- BS or BA degree preferred or equivalent experience in technical sales support (mobile/CTV).
- Knowledgeable of multiple mobile platforms, operating systems and internet protocols.
- Familiarity with mobile, CTV, programmatic technology, advertising and data management software.
- Experience in selling software to publishers, platforms and advertising agencies.
- Experience with data management systems, MS Office products, Mobile/Desktop ads.
- Accurate documentation skills of prospect communication, timelines, and deliverables in a fast track environment.
- Able to effectively run in person meetings and trainings for large audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritize a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of collaborative teams.
- Self motivated and action oriented with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
