The Senior Marketing Manager, Non-Personal Promotion (NPP) – US Precision Medicine (Breast) leads the planning and execution of NPP HCP engagement that improves testing adoption, report interpretation, and appropriate patient identification across relevant tumor types. This role is accountable for end-to-end campaign delivery, cross-functional alignment, and measurable impact, partnering closely with the Indication Leads in Precision Medicine, Brand, Medical, Medical Diagnostics, and the IT team.
Key Responsibilities
NPP Strategy & Roadmap: Translate brand and precision medicine objectives into a NPP plan for priority breast biomarkers with clear audience definitions, message architecture, and quarterly priorities.
Omnichannel Execution: Build and manage HCP journeys across email, web, paid media, HCP platforms, programmatic, and search, optimizing sequencing, frequency, and personalization.
Content Development: Lead creation of compliant HCP content & key updates on the HER2Know website including, but not limited to, HER2 testing algorithms, testing best practices, and report interpretation; partner with Medical Diagnostics for scientific accuracy and approval readiness.
Congress NPP Amplification: Orchestrate pre-congress NPP tactics, paid media, search, social (non-DTC), onsite geofenced tactics where permissible, and post-congress NPP tactics to maximize qualified reach and content completion.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Coordinate priorities and approvals with Precision Medicine Indication Leads, Brand, Medical, Medical Diagnostics, Legal/Regulatory/Promotional Review, and IT.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to US promo codes, privacy regulations, & digital governance; maintain documentation and version control.
Vendor & Budget Management: Manage agencies/SOWs, timelines, and deliverables; track channel budgets and demonstrate efficiency and ROI within approved funding.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) preferred.
3+ years in pharma/biotech HCP marketing, digital NPP; oncology experience strongly preferred.
Proven success delivering omnichannel HCP campaigns with measurable outcomes; experience in biomarker or diagnostics linked initiatives is a plus.
Ability to interpret performance data and convert to action.
Excellent storytelling and ability to simplify complex biomarker topics into clear, actionable HCP value.
Desired Experience
Working knowledge of HER2 biology and testing modalities (IHC, ISH, NGS) and their implications for treatment selection.
