Job Description

The Client Relationship Representative serves as a key point of contact between Trillex Events and our clients. This role focuses on building trust, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial interaction through ongoing engagement. You will work closely with internal teams to align client needs with company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring a professional and responsive experience

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate execution of services

• Track client interactions and maintain organized records

• Provide timely updates, follow-ups, and support throughout the client lifecycle

• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention
