Senior Principal Product Manager (Fusion AI) 

Location: Redwood Shores, CA

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled individual contributor Product Manager to help define and drive the requirements for our Fusion Applications Agentic AI platform. This platform empowers Oracle Fusion Applications development teams, partners, and customers to integrate AI Agent capabilities seamlessly into existing workflows and to create novel solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with agent platforms, delivering AI agents in production environments, no/low-code tools, agent frameworks, testing and evaluation methodologies, and a strong grasp of Responsible AI principles. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and application PM teams to shape the platform vision, translate requirements into actionable plans, and execute the roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Contribute to defining the roadmap for critical areas of the Fusion AI Agent platform, aligning with business objectives and industry advancements.
  • Stay current and hands-on with emerging generative AI trends, tools, and technologies, providing informed recommendations to shape product direction.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned areas, from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of AI-driven solutions.
  • Develop detailed technical and functional requirements for engineering teams, informed by a strong understanding of enterprise Agent AI platform needs and business use cases.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate platform adoption and success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to ensure alignment and clarity on requirements and priorities.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices to enable application teams to maximize the use of the AI platform.
  • Effectively communicate platform vision, roadmap, and benefits to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Career Level - IC5

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on AI/ML platforms.
  • Proven experience in building and launching Generative AI/Agentic platforms and deploying AI agents into production environments.
  • Solid understanding of Agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, testing and evaluation techniques, and Responsible AI principles.
  • Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, user-centric solutions for enterprise environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in agile environments and managing technical product lifecycles.
  • Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in deploying AI solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services and with cloud-based enterprise applications.
  • Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations related to AI deployment.
  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of AI trends.
