Classification Summary:
Individuals in this position will be responsible for administering and supporting enterprise business applications, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. Key duties include upgrading, maintaining, and configuring these applications, managing user security, and providing direct technical support to employees and users. The position also includes working with vendors to resolve support and configuration issues.
Work is performed under the general direction of the assigned ICT Supervisor or Manager who reviews work performed based on the Essential Job Functions.
Essential Job Functions

- Application Management and Administration. Installs, configures, and deploys enterprise applications to meet business requirements. Maintains application environments, ensuring availability, stability, and security. Manages user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security.
- System Upgrades, Patches, & Maintenance. Plans and implements software upgrades, patches, and security updates. Conducts system testing and validation before and after updates to prevent disruptions.
- User Support & Training. Sets up and maintains user accounts, permissions and roles through role-based security to provide a stable and secure environment for member and organizational data for operational continuity. Coordinates with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain System Performance. Continuously monitors system performance by utilizing available tools and promptly addresses and resolves any technical issues to maintain high levels of productivity and user satisfaction.
- Integration & Customization. Works with subject matter experts and vendors to integrate enterprise applications with other business systems and processes. C
