The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $94,125 to $138,000 salary at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. 

Tasks and Qualifications:

What you will do in this Role: 

  • Lead, coordinate, and advise all functions of their reporting staff. 

  • Perform at a professional level to interpret/process more sophisticated, less-clearly defined issues. 

  • Identify and resolve complex problems clearly

  • Define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to gain optimum efficiency.   

  • Participate in the development of department budgets and business plans for the functional area 

  • Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures within one's own area of responsibility and communicate to the customer. 

  • Identify resource needs and develop justification. 

  • Troubleshoot and overcome complicated difficulties. 

 

What we are looking for: 

  • Associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience. 

  • Demonstrate and apply broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work group(s) 

  • Demonstrate understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.  

  • Possess 5 years of successful experience in a related field and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above.  

  • Able to gauge, identify, and implement training based on skill assessment results.
