As a Senior CAD Designer, you will manage, draft, and design projects, taking ownership from start to finish. 

Responsibilities, Expectations, and Duties:

• Draft and design projects such as commercial and residential developments, municipal projects, transportation projects and more
• Prepare plans and layouts generated in AutoCAD 3D Civil or other design software
• Produce accurate output with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Manage project data files from various sources
• Be enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-disciplined to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines, answering to various engineers and project managers
• Be proactive and responsive in effectively communicating with colleagues and clients, both in-person and virtually/remotely

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

• Advanced skills using AutoCAD/Civil 3D; experience with Microstation a plus
• Experienced in detailing as well as plan and profile, site plans, drainage, grading, utilities (profiles), SWPPP, and associated items
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; ability to think 3-dimensionally
• Must be able to work independently with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks, with competing priorities
• Be a professional, creative, team-focused individual that works well with others in a team environment
• 3-5 years’ experience utilizing AutoCAD/Civil 3D on land and site development projects
• Associates degree preferred; equivalent experience and training may be considered
