Hours range from 6:30 to 5:00pm according to OR schedule. Monday through Friday. No call or weekends.

Pay Range

$32.45 - $48.70

Where You Will Work:

We are a growing Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Rock Hill, SC, specializing in orthopedic procedures including total joint replacements, general and sports medicine orthopedics, and hand/upper extremity surgeries. Our center has recently expanded to include gynecology and general surgery specialties, and we are currently under construction to welcome endoscopy procedures starting in early 2026.

We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Preoperative (Pre-op)
  • Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
  • Operating Room (OR)

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
  • Current certifications in BLS required.
  • ACLS and PALS (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset

Position Details:

  • No weekends or holidays
  • Weekday hours vary between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

· As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

· Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Physical Requirements
Work requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies. Must speak English in good, understandable terms. Intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, and touch. Finger dexterity. Critical thinking and ability to concentrate. Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions. Physical Abilities Testing required.

Education, Experience and Certifications.
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred. BLS required per policy guidelines. Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state in which you work and reside or; if declaring a National License Compact (NLC) state as your primary state of residency, meet the licensure requirements in your home state; or for Non-National License Compact states, current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner required in the state where the RN works.
