• Work on post-test analysis and product validation activities supporting advanced turbocharger technologies for the automotive industry.
• Investigate tested hardware, identify failure mechanisms, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods to improve engineering processes and drive data-based decisions.
• Benchmark products, technologies, processes, and competitor solutions while working under the mentorship of experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with experts in design, validation, manufacturing, quality, and reliability engineering.
• Gain hands-on experience with engineering analysis, measurement equipment, laboratory investigations, and automotive quality systems.
• Exposure to product development, operational excellence initiatives, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Opportunity to lead an individual project from analysis through implementation and final presentation of results.

 

DESIRABLE BACKGROUND

• Final-year Bachelor's or Master's student in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or similar.

• Basic understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and product development.

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, or other structured problem-solving methodologies is an advantage.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab, Python) is beneficial.

• Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

• Duration: minimum 6 months.
