Our business spans three main lines:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Mail:</strong> Mailing Solutions</p></li><li><p><strong>Digital:</strong> Intelligent Communication Automation</p></li><li><p><strong>Lockers:</strong> Parcel Locker Solutions</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p>Reporting to the <strong>Global Team Lead Operations General</strong>, you will be the <strong>primary legal support for CE&amp;I</strong>, acting as a trusted advisor to the business.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage <strong>disputes and litigation</strong> within the region.</p></li><li><p>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of <strong>commercial agreements</strong> across multiple business lines and models (License, SaaS, Leasing, One-time sales), including <strong>complex, high-value software license agreements</strong>, services agreements, reseller and partnership agreements, subcontracting agreements, and NDAs.</p></li><li><p>Provide <strong>day-to-day legal support</strong> to Sales and operational teams, as well as HR, Finance, and other departments.</p></li><li><p>Deliver <strong>legal monitoring and internal training</strong> for commercial and operational teams.</p></li><li><p>Implement and develop <strong>company policies and procedures</strong> at regional level, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.</p></li><li><p>Support <strong>regional M&amp;A projects</strong> and participate in <strong>global initiatives</strong>, collaborating with legal teams across regions.</p></li><li><p>Complete timely <strong>management reporting</strong> on deals, budgets, and litigation activities.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Legal Qualification:</strong> Preferably in Germany; dual qualification is a plus.</p></li><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 7–10 years as in-house counsel in an international IT company or corporate law firm.</p></li><li><p><strong>Expertise:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and negotiation skills with a “win-win” approach.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in multi-jurisdictional matters, corporate governance, and IP law.</p></li><li><p>Excellent drafting and analytical skills with a pragmatic mindset.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Autonomous, proactive, resilient, and calm under pressure.
