 Do you enjoy leveraging data to uncover customer insights and illustrate value realization? Are you passionate about finding creative solutions to everyday data challenges? If so, come spend a summer working with the Client Care Operations and Business Analytics teams at Relias. You’ll work with both teams to create automated usage reporting for Relias customers. We’ll provide training on the tools we use, and you’ll join a team atmosphere that supports creativity, innovation, and trying new things. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
•    Collaborate with Client Care Ops and Business Analytics teams to determine appropriate data sets for customer-facing automated usage reporting 
•    Investigate most effective scalable approach to delivering key metrics to customers 
•    Participate in customer focus groups to determine efficacy of proposed integrated program
•    Collaborate with CC Ops and Business Analytics to build integrated program for automated usage reporting 
•    Participate in quality assurance exercises to ensure program success prior to launch
•    Validate program consistency and data integrity.

 YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
•    Technical expertise in understanding databases, report writing and analysis of data. 
•    Strong attention to detail 
•    Excellent analytical and critical thinking ability to recognize patterns, infer connections, and make valuable suggestions on improvement. 
•    Accurate and methodical approach to data set curation
•    Experience working with data and/or reporting in either an educational or work environment
•    Experience leveraging data creatively to provide key insights
•    Majoring in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Economics, or equivalent quantitative focus area

 

IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
•    Experience using PowerBI (or equivalent tools)
•    Experience coding in SQL

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 3-4 days a week.
