Healthcare Business Development Associate (part-time, experienced, remote US only)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with a strong focus on driving sales and growth for small-to-medium-sized businesses. This role is perfect for someone who can work independently, leverage their network, and help us scale our business.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align business development efforts with company goals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of market research, sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve targets.
• Experience in Healthcare IT is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage and track business development efforts.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong network of industry contacts.

This position is open to residents of the U.S. We are not currently accepting applicants in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington. The rate range for this role is $45-$60 USD per hour.
