Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products/services.
• Identify customer needs, provide relevant solutions, and close sales effectively.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and call records.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Train and mentor junior telesales agents to enhance their sales techniques.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales.
• Proven track record of highly achieving sales.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• High level of resilience and a positive attitude towards challenges.
