Our SaaS platform sets new standards for simplicity, scalability, and cybersecurity in OT connectivity. </p><p><strong>About the Role</strong> </p><p>Secomea is looking for an experienced <strong>IT Infrastructure Specialist</strong> to take ownership of our hybrid infrastructure, spanning both on-premises and cloud environments (primarily Microsoft Azure). <br/>You will play a key role in ensuring the <strong>stability, security, and scalability</strong> of our core IT systems and operations, collaborating closely with internal IT, architecture, and engineering teams. </p><p>This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in <strong>Microsoft technologies, networking, and infrastructure operations</strong>, who thrives in a hands-on environment and values reliable, secure systems. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul> <li>Maintain, monitor, and improve Secomea’s hybrid environment </li> </ul><ul> <li>Ensure uptime, performance, and operational stability across environments, meeting SLA and reliability targets </li> </ul><ul> <li>Manage and troubleshoot core systems, including Windows Server, networking, storage, and virtualization </li> </ul><ul> <li>Serve as an L3 escalation point for complex infrastructure and network issues </li> </ul><ul> <li>Oversee Microsoft environments: Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, and related systems </li> </ul><ul> <li>Contribute to security, compliance, and audit processes (ISAE 3402-2, ISO27001, NIS2) </li> </ul><ul> <li>Collaborate with Platform Engineers, Architects, and the Internal IT Manager to align infrastructure with business and product needs. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Create and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure, processes, and compliance controls. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Drive operational cost efficiency and optimize technology spend. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Mentor colleagues and promote best practices in infrastructure management and documentation. </li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong> </p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., Data Technician with infrastructure specialization) </li> </ul><ul> <li>6–10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, including administration of hybrid environments </li> </ul><p>Strong knowledge of: </p><ul> <li>Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs) </li> </ul><ul> <li>Azure management (VMs, networking, identity, cost management) </li> </ul><ul> <li>Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, routing) </li> </ul><ul> <li>Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, or similar) </li> </ul><ul> <li>Familiarity with Linux administration is an advantage. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Strong experience with monitoring, backup, and automation tools (e.g., Bicep, Ansible, PowerShell, ScienceLogic, Prometheus). </li> </ul><ul> <li>Understanding compliance frameworks such as ISAE 3402-2, ISO27001-2, NIS2, or SOC 2. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Able to support key application like Github </li> </ul><ul> <li>Excellent documentation skills, a structured working style, and a strong focus on operational reliability. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Strong stakeholder management </li> </ul><p><strong>Primary</strong> / Active Certifications: </p><ul> <li>Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 / AZ-801) </li> </ul><ul> <li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) </li> </ul><ul> <li>ITIL v4 Foundation </li> </ul><ul> <li>Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ </li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Valuable</strong> Additions: </p><ul> <li>MCSE / MCSA / MCP (legacy Microsoft certifications — still recognized) </li> </ul><ul> <li>VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV) </li> </ul><ul> <li>ISO 27001 Foundation / Awareness </li> </ul><ul> <li>AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate </li> </ul><ul> <li>AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate / Professional </li> </ul><p><strong>Who</strong> You Are </p><p>You’re a proactive and solution-oriented engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment.
