About the Behavioral Intervention Program
The Behavioral Intervention (BI) Program provides intensive, trauma-informed, in-home services to children and teens experiencing significant behavioral and emotional challenges, many of whom have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect. Our Behavioral Interventionists (BIs) work one-on-one with children and their caregivers to build emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, improve daily living skills, and promote long-term family stability through engaging, relationship-based interventions.
Unlike traditional case management positions, our Case Managers / Case Coordinators also serve as frontline leaders by supervising and developing Behavioral Interventionists while partnering closely with families to coordinate care and ensure high-quality, individualized services.
