Sr. Director, Digital Strategy and Modernization

The primary mission of this individual will be to identify, manage, and solve strategic problems that support Robert Half’s transformation efforts across Modernization, AI, and Digital Experience. These include both internal and customer facing initiatives. This Sr. Director will play a role in designing and executing our Modernization strategy into a new and streamlined vision that will support our internal teams with prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing opportunities faster generating more revenue.
The Sr. Director of Modernization & Digital Strategy will serve as the technical and strategic “connective tissue” between key stakeholders including Marketing, IT (including ITOSS and ITMCC), as well as other back-office functions related to major digital initiatives.
The individual will serve as a full-time member of the Business Transformation Working Session meetings and will have regular access to Executive Leadership. This role will report into the VP of Business Transformation (BT).
Additional Responsibilities and Initiatives of Involvement:
- Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive modernization strategy aligned with the company's key transformation objectives.
- Process Standardization: Be a key stakeholder in ensure process standardization across TSPs with a mindset towards out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Modernization Governance: Play key role in decisions, support, and execution of modernization strategy.
- Work closely with the BT Core team comprised of a cross functional members across key departments, to prioritize business requirements and help defined a holistic roadmap of capabilities.
- Experience: Collaborate with Customer Experience to drive the experience and product requirements to support customers' needs and scale adoption of the new platforms.
- Communications: In partnership with collaborators and, through the Center of Excellence, drive the internal and external messaging communication regarding the design, implantation, and rollout of new experiences.
- Delivery: Develop and drive the programs that identify customer cohorts and implement the migration and transformation programs.
- Migration and Adoption: Work with internal deployment, adoption, and change management teams to help internal customers migrate to the new platform and improve adoption of new technology solutions.
- People: Build a high performing team and work environment that promotes collaboration, partnership, recognition, mutual respect, performance feedback/management, and employee success.
- Interaction as needed on data science initiatives.
- Project oversight and coordination.
Core Competencies:
- 20+ years of well-rounded management and execution experience in positions of growing responsibility.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce and other digital platforms from a planning, design, and implementation perspective.
- Strong technical background including a history of innovating.
- Ability to interact with customers and turn feedback into product design ideas and develop roadmap.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and leading multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent business acumen and experience with new revenue generating initiatives.
- Solution-oriented, data-driven, learning demeanor.
- Exceptional communication skills including the ability interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to facilitate priorities of key stakeholders including executive leadership.
- Customer Experience background and strategy execution.
- Excellent management skills.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields
- Experience in leadership roles
- Masters or advanced degree preferred
The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
