JOB TITLE: Executive Director, Educational Services
 
SITE LOCATION OF POSITION: Education Service Center
 
TERM/HOURS OF POSITION:  8 hours per day, 224 days/12 months per year
 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:  Under direction of the Superintendent, the Executive Director, Educational Services provides leadership, coordination, and direct services for planning, implementing, and evaluating the District's elementary compensatory education programs. Responsible for the overall coordination of the District's curriculum and instruction programs for students. The position stresses involvement, support for classroom excellence and teamwork. Serves as immediate supervisor for designated
employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   The Director, Student Services will meet all credentialing qualifications established by the State of California for an administrative position and school-based mental health services.

Education:

• Master's degree in educational administration.
• Clear California Administrative Services Credential

Experience:

• Minimum (5) years teaching experience
• Minimum (3) years' experience as a site administrator
• California Driver's License with evidence of insurability

 
SALARY:  $140,875 - $173,258 annually based on 11 steps.
