This pivotal role provides legal guidance and representation across a wide range of areas, including contract review and procurement, administrative rulemaking, public records, personnel matters, and more. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with program staff, helping ensure compliance with state and federal laws impacting Florida’s elder population.
