The Human Resources Director will serve as a strategic partner to senior management leadership creating and implementing HR policies and programs that enable the company to reach its business goals. This leader will effectively build relationships, serve as the liaison between management and teammates while ensuring effective communication on HR-related matters and fostering a positive work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead efforts to shape and sustain a high-performance culture centered on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with sector Human Resources colleagues and leadership.
  • Serve as a project manager for all aspects of Human Resources.
  • Influence leaders to action and understand business strategies.
  • Partner with HR Teams to support all payroll, benefits, and compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.
  • Leverage HR technology to streamline operations and enhance the teammate experience.
  • Lead HR aspects of organizational change, including mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring, ensuring smooth transitions and engagement.
  • Drive communication strategies that align teammates with the company’s mission during periods of change.
  • Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
  • Drive internal communication strategies to foster engagement, transparency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Partner with marketing team to help manage digital presence, including corporate website, social media, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content, speeches, presentations, and reports.
  • Track communication effectiveness through KPIs and deliver regular performance insights to the leadership team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of years of Human Resource Experience in a progressive, fast paced, professional environment.
  • Proven track record in HR governance, execution, and managing projects while developing communication strategies that will improve engagement and effectively communicate initiatives to our teammates.

  • None

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Evidenced in preparing reports and other business communications and presentations.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information while managing conflicting priorities.
  • Sound judgment, high integrity, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
