Product Manager Intern/Extern

Role

About Belong

We partner with payers and providers to design, build, and operate value-based care models that deliver better outcomes, improved experiences, and sustainable growth. Responsibilities 

• Deeply understand and evaluate Belong’s product stack
• Develop recommendations to expand capabilities (e.g. build/buy/partner research, etc.)
• Shape Belong’s long-term product strategy alongside senior leadership (product leaders, CEO, COO, etc.)
• Translate business needs into product roadmaps and pilots
• Collaborate cross-functionally across product, clinical, tech, ops, and growth
• Lead user and market research; synthesize insights into product direction & service design
• Support design, testing, process documentation, and scaling of digital engagement tools (AI agents, SMS, GenAI, etc.)
• Design and test member engagement content and experiences
• Develop frameworks to analyze operational and performance data to guide product iteration 
• Act as a thought partner on product vision, investment prioritization, and go-to-market
• As needed, drive high-priority special projects

Qualifications 

• Strategic thinker with strong execution and structured problem-solving skills
• Experience with product strategy, user research, or early-stage experimentation
• Clear communicator with polished written and visual presentation skills 
• High EQ, team-oriented, and confident working across functions
• Mission-driven and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
• Preference for interest in healthcare and / or product

Compensation

$45-65/hour
