Exercise Development Support MAGTF Intelligence

Athenix Special Missions (ASM) is seeking qualified Exercise Development Support personnel MAGTF Intelligence at the Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG) at Twentynine Palms, CA.  This position is contingent upon contract award.

Summary:

Athenix Special Missions is seeking Exercise Development Support personnel to assist in the creation, coordination, and execution of military exercises in support of the Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG) mission at Twentynine Palms, CA. Working closely with exercise planners, trainers, and other team members, the individuals in this role contribute to the seamless planning and execution of realistic and effective training scenarios that enhance the readiness and capabilities of military units

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: 

• Create, coordinate, and execute simulated military exercises
• Ensure that exercise scenarios portray realistic, challenging, and adaptive roles
• Integrate population and governance considerations into exercise design
• Synchronize and integrate exercise content with MCTOG staff, Joint partners, and interagency contributors
• Perform as a HICON and expert response cell role ISO exercises
• Provide support for formal learning programs and Battle Staff Training simultaneously
• Contribute to exercise orders, CONOPs, and operations process cycles across all six warfighter functions

 

Required Qualifications:

• Active TOP SECRET clearance
• MCPP experience
• Experience writing IPB Steps 1-4
• Experience in all source intel analysis, and integration
• Develop collection plans at the Division or higher that integrate Joint collections capabilities
• Experience with adversary collections capability, decision timelines, F2T2EA process, and authorities

 

Clearance:  Requires Top-Secret security clearance
