Associate Parking Attendant

Under general supervision, patrols assigned parking areas to ensure compliance of the Campus Parking and Traffic Regulations.  Valet vehicles from CMC campus from valet area of CMC back and forth to valet surface parking lot.  Assist with duties at the valet desk to include dispatching Parking Officers and providing assistance and information to those in need. Providing good customer service and greetings to all visitors, patients, and employees at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 1 year customer service or related experience, preferably within a hospital or campus environment.
• 2 years safe driving experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: 30 hours of higher education coursework.
• Coursework/Training: Documented customer service training.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
