3rd Key / Business Manager – $24–$25 per hour | The Learning Experience® Billerica

Location: The Learning Experience - Billerica, MA
Pay: $24–$25 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Qualifications: ECE Coursework Required

Role Responsibilities

As the 3rd Key / Business Manager, you will:

• Open and close the center as part of the leadership team.
• Assist the Center Director and Assistant Director with day-to-day business operations, including parent communications, scheduling, and staff support.
• Support enrollment growth by providing tours, follow-up calls, and family engagement.
• Oversee compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Manage tuition collection and assist with billing and payment processes.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for teachers, modeling professional conduct.
• Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and ensure quality care.
• Partner with leadership on marketing, event planning, and center success goals.

Compensation: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
