Summary of Job Duties:

The Mail and Shipping Coordinator is responsible for all internal campus M&R (surplus property) tickets and assists the Mail and Shipping Supervisor with all state surplus property pick up and disposal. The coordinator also assists in mail and package distribution among the campus in the event that the Assistant is unavailable. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.

Qualifications:

• The formal education of a high school diploma or GED
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Must possess a driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs.
