Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct supervision and guidance to clinic staff, ensuring adequate staffing, training, and performance management.
• Foster professional, open communication with patients, staff, providers, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with physicians to support accurate and timely medical record completion and patient care coordination.
• Monitor clinic operations, implement necessary changes, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Manage patient schedules, clinic workflows, and productivity to support efficient, high-quality care delivery.
• Address and resolve staff and patient concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Perform clinical duties within licensure, including patient assessments, recognizing changes in condition, and supporting treatment planning.
• Ensure proper handling, inventory, and distribution of medical supplies, equipment, and medications, including vaccines.
• Conduct staff and patient rounding to promote excellent customer service and operational awareness.
• Support the implementation and compliance of organizational policies and procedures in collaboration with leadership.
Qualifications:
1. Louisiana State Board of Nursing license required (LPN or RN)
2. At least 2 years of experience in medical office or program management preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge of medical procedures, operations and terminology required.
4. Familiarity with Epic, ICD-10, and CPT coding preferred.
