And now, the team is growing!</p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Product Manager</strong> to join Plum in the Athens office. You’ll be expected to deeply understand how users think about money, get deep into the challenges they face when it comes to thinking about wealth and build features that align to Plum's strategy and vision, all the while grounded in solving crucial consumer challenges. This role will take on experience for some of our existing investments and savings products as well as driving new 0-1 possibilities. As Senior Product Manager, you will drive both execution and strategy of these ventures aligned towards helping our customers achieve their wealth goals with the least effort. </p><p><strong>In this role you will</strong></p><ul> <li>Firsthand product manage one squad at Plum, understand key customer problems, ensure clarity around goals and objectives, and empower quick decision making to drive execution at scale</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of customers needs and the competitive landscape to build products that solve real, crucial problems. </li> <li>Conduct market and competitor research to ensure Plum has a market leading product.</li> <li>Work closely with your Group PM and other PMs to define and construct a long term product strategy for our saving and investing products.</li> <li>Be metric obsessed and work in a test &amp; learn manner to continually measure and optimize outcomes</li> <li>Go beyond building products and critically think about how best to land the products we build to create high resonance with our users</li> <li>Work closely and cross functionally with data, design, marketing and engineering teams to develop and execute on your product strategy</li> </ul><p><strong>Ideally, you’re someone who</strong></p><ul> <li>Has proven experience building mobile consumer fintech product/s across UK and/or Europe and are excited by Plum’s mission, wealth building and personal finance in general</li> <li>Has the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences, in a structured way.
