This position supports the School-Based ACCESS Program by reviewing policies, researching requirements, and helping ensure services for students are administered correctly. As a Human Services Analyst, you will perform the following duties:
- Policy Analysis: Review and interpret federal and state laws to determine necessary updates to program policies
- Policy Development: Write and revise procedures for the delivery and billing of medical assistance services in schools
- Program Evaluation: Analyze program goals and school requirements to support effective coordination and administration
- Research Activities: Collect information and conduct studies used as the basis for writing policies and procedures
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, briefing materials, and program documents for executive staff review
- Issue Resolution: Respond to inquiries from providers and stakeholders by researching program policies and operations

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
