Job Description Summary

CushWake Senior Roving/Floating Multifamily Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring a high level of service at all times. Multifamily Property Managers are also responsible for building and motivating high performing teams to maximize the performance of the property.

Rover / Floater - travel required in Chicago, surrounding suburbs, and on occasion neighboring states.

$35.00-$40.00 per hour starting wage, based on prior experience

Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: 

• Assisting the Multifamily Regional Property Manager with the overall operations of the building. 

• Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment.  

• Overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc. 

• Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects toenhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.  

• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards. 

• Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic. 

• Leading by example, Instilling, maintaining, and modeling the Cushman & Wakefield mission to be the best national management company. 

• Supervise day-to-day operations of entire on-site team, ensuring that all Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures are being followed. 

• Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching team as necessary. 

• Maintain residents' files in accordance with company's standards. 

• Maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up.
