Your Role
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process across all assigned functions, including strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, competency-based interviewing, and offer development/negotiation.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using market intelligence, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline building to attract diverse and high-caliber talent.
- Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, advise on hiring strategy, and deliver data‑driven recommendations that influence decision making.
- Manage recruitment programs and initiatives, driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Oversee and optimize ATS data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and visibility into hiring metrics and pipeline activity.
- Produce and present recruitment analytics and dashboards to HR and business leadership, highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Own stakeholder communication and engagement, aligning hiring managers, HR partners, and interview teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Strengthen employer brand presence through targeted recruitment marketing, talent community engagement, and partnership with internal communications.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105, 600 - $150,000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
