MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • As a member of an Agile team for the Theater Medical Information Program – Joint (TMIP-J) program you will perform several roles and activities including Software Analyst, Test Engineer, and IT Support engineer; Provide instructions and review the work of other software developers on the team; Assist in release schedule coordination as needed across the Agile teams
  • Develop and coordinate test scenarios and master plan documentation in collaboration with team members.
  • Monitor, track, and troubleshoot application operation and data, analyzing incidents and working with the technical team to resolve issues. Analyze and identify bugs, socialize and validate the issues with colleagues and report bugs in JIRA. Address and resolve issues from systems integration, compatibility, and interoperability on multiple platforms.
  • Maintain standardized system images on a regular basis by capturing up-to-date images via Ghost Solution Suite and VMware vSphere.
  • Support elicitation, analysis and design efforts in support of TMIP-J requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Develop and review software user manuals and installation guides. Provide functional support and assist with documenting requirements, detailed design specifications, business processes, and user stories based on requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience with the TMIP-J applications – TMIP reporting, utilities, TAIM
  • Knowledge of Healthcare IT systems, particularly Electronic Health Records (EHR) software
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 8 years’ experience in IT Systems Analysis and Software Testing
  • Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems.
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
