About this role

We’re looking for a Contract Technical Sourcer to join Sesame in our San Francisco office. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiting, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to scale Sesame by bringing in exceptional talent.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers across key departments to scale their teams.

• Own sourcing and screening for technical roles.

• Increase representation in our hiring pipelines.

• Collaborate with coordination to drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Develop and execute effective search strategies using data insights to continually optimize the recruiting process.

• Follow a structured hiring process designed to minimize bias and improve decision-making outcomes.

• Work from our San Francisco office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in high-growth tech companies (in-house or a combination of agency + in-house).

• A track record of using sourcing metrics and pipeline data to optimize recruiting performance.

• Creative technical sourcing skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach to finding and engaging underrepresented top talent.

• Comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment.

• Comfortable with working from our San Francisco office, a minimum of 3 days per week.
