Senior Director, Enterprise Systems (Remote)

Aledade is looking for a Senior Director of Enterprise Systems who will be responsible for implementation, configuration, user adoption, maintenance, security and operational support of business applications, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Human Resources Information System (HRIS).   The environment consists of commercial SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, Netsuite, and UKG, along with internal extensions, integrations, and customizations.
This individual will manage and grow a team of analysts, admins, and developers responsible for maximizing the business value of our IT applications. They will work closely with key business stakeholders in HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing, and operations to select, implement and support technical solutions which enable efficient business outcomes. 
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.

Primary Duties:

• Hire, manage, and lead technical product teams in support of HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Develop high level business systems and data architectures and roadmaps 
• Create IT governance and rules to maximize business value of IT systems
• Develop and manage the business applications budget
• Oversee the execution of large, complicated Corporate Systems projects through all phases, including planning, design, and execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 12+ years experience managing business systems, with 5+ years experience building and managing high performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering

Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:

• Experience orchestrating disparate systems into a cohesive information systems architecture
• Experience implementing data management frameworks and processes
• Experience managing vendors and consultants, with the ability to hold them to a high standard of service
• Experience supporting a high-growth organization and the operating tempo that entails
• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to manage complex projects

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
