About the Role The Team Secretary will be providing general administrative support to the Company Secretarial department. Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing general administrative support for a large team including the printing, filing, photocopying and scanning of documentation.
- Onboarding clients in our internal database
- Maintaining our internal client databases.
- Assisting with quarterly, annual and ad hoc billing, included but not limited to the generation and circulation of invoices to clients.
- Onward circulation of client post at our offices; and assisting with any further ad hoc requirements as instructed by the Company Secretarial team.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to complete tasks in accordance with guidelines/instructions;
- Be proficient in all MSOffice and Microsoft applications;
- Must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team;
- Have excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail;
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral and a fluent English speaker;
- Be proactive with ability to work tight deadlines; and
- The successful candidate will preferably have a Leaving Certificate and relevant post Leaving Certificate qualification 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a professional environment.
