About the job
We are looking for Marketing Student Assistants to join us at Arla Foods Sweden. For a Student Assistant the weekly working hours range from 15-20 with consideration to your education and we sign contracts per semester (spring, summer and autumn separately).

 

You will take on a role within the Digital & Media team, where the main focus is within social media advertising, where you will work with various tasks relating to Arla’s many social media campaigns. You will work together with various internal functions as well as external partners and you will have exposure to multiple stakeholders in the company. However, the role can also include anything from handling tasks within digital marketing and project management etc.

 

Who are you?
We expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc or M.Sc or YH-education within e.g. Marketing, Events, Project management, Innovation, Communication or similar. The ideal candidate should have approx. 1-2 years of studying experience and at least one year to go. A commercial interest is preferable and keen to explore the Swedish FMCG-industry. To succeed in this role an analytical mindset is key as well as good interpersonal skills as the assignment involves different stakeholders. You are self-motivated, confident and outgoing with a genuine desire to succeed and go the extra mile.

 

Furthermore, it is essential that you:

• Business mindset
• Analytical skills and data driven
• Project Management and work structure
• Enjoy working with a teamwork but are equally comfortable to work individually
• A learning mindset, enjoy both routine- and ad hoc tasks
• Knowledge with IT software, such as excel and PowerPoint, and open to learn new systems
• High proficiency in English
