Business Analyst III, Regulatory Affairs

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
- 6 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g. Python, R, Java, C++).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.).
- 5 years of experience with designing experiments, developing statistical models, measurement, and identifying business opportunities.
- Experience in data analysis, with the ability to solve problems in complex, fast-moving, and ambiguous business environments through effective data intuition and business acumen.
- Experience influencing leadership on investigative decision making.
- Knowledge of Google tools (e.g., BigQuery, etc.).
- Ability to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations across a wide range of non-technical audiences.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with members of Regulatory Affairs and technical partner teams to provide data insights that drive faster and smarter decision making. You will leverage strategic and project management skills to support our leaders to make informed decisions that enable their teams to execute efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
- Use data to conduct data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, synthesize information, solve problems, and influence business decision-making by presenting insights and market trends.
- Design and implement various integrations between business objectives and design and build strategies that support these business systems.
- Conduct strategic analysis, optimize business performance, and deliver execution within product and function.
- Gather, research, and analyze regulatory data and intelligence, including externally (e.g., industry, peers), to produce detailed analysis, models, and recommendations for decision making.
- Prepare and deliver internal reports and data insights for both internal teams and client teams.
