Job Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Alliance Management intern to support our global pharmacovigilance team in managing strategic partnerships and projects. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning about collaborations and contracts between organizations, cross-functional project management, and effective stakeholder communication. As an intern, you will gain hands on experience in alliance management, develop organizational and analytical skills, and contribute to impactful projects that drive our business goals. Primary tasks may include:  

• Assist in managing and tracking the progress of ongoing partnerships. 

• Prepare project documentation, including status updates, meeting agendas, and minutes.  

• Support development and refinement of processes for effective collaboration and communication.  

• Assist in identifying risks and proposing solutions to keep projects on track.   

• Primary project objective would be to perform an analysis of the Pharmacovigilance Agreement Compliance (PVAC) compliance with the compliance team to analyze how we measure compliance and identify any duplication with the compliance team’s metrics. In addition, streamline and enhance the visual and narrative presentation of Pharmacovigilance Agreement Compliance (PVAC) metrics to stakeholders. The intern will work to ensure that the PVAC slides are clear, impactful, consistent, and aligned with PVA commitments.  

Key deliverables would be to: 1.  Analyze PVAC compliance and identify any duplication with compliance team. 2. Audit current presentations to identify areas for improvement from step one and other improvements such as visual clarity and structure. 3. Develop a standardized template with consistent branding and formatting and intuitive data visualizations 4. Implementation of visual improvements focusing on improved readability 5. Integration of a narrative framework (ie. Explain what happened, why and what needs to happen next). 6. Stakeholder Feedback loop – Gather feedback and refine the template based on feedback from internal stakeholders. 7.  Documentation handoff to the team explaining how to use  the new template and how to present the compliance metrics effectively going forward.  The expected outcome will be a more effective, standardized and visually compelling way to present Compliance metrics.  

• Secondary initiative objective (if time permits) would be to support the execution of a live project involving a key partner. Tasks would include assisting in coordinating meetings and tracking action items. Monitoring project timelines and deliverables. Preparing status updates and risk assessments. The expected outcome would be the successful delivery of a project milestone which would demonstrate the interns ability to manage tasks and communicate effectively.  

Qualifications 

Minimum: 

• By Fall 2025 candidate must be considered an undergraduate junior or above. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field 

• Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university following the potential internship. Can commit to full duration of internship program.
