What you will be doing

Here you will have an opportunity to work on the following:

  • Implements the Company Health, Safety and Environment policy in all aspects of Manufacturing Services, understands and deploys all legislative requirements and control standards through effective communication, processes and actions that support safe and compliant workplaces and equipment.
  • Developed specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in Manufacturing Service technical competence(s).
  • Uses in-depth knowledge to develop and deliver strategy and drive process improvement in their discipline(s).
  • Uses a deep knowledge and understanding of the context of external commercial, compliance and regulatory factors that may impact Manufacturing Services to develop and recommend best practices to improve processes or services.
  • Provides technical coaching, leadership and direction to teams within Manufacturing Services and others.
  • Seeks input from other managers and professionals within Manufacturing Services.
    Collaborates widely within Manufacturing Services and across other functions to deliver business objectives.
  • Solves complex problems and influences the way others solve problems in their specialism; uses advanced analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions.
  • Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives within and outside their own team; work is guided by the policies of their business and/or function.
  • Communicates difficult concepts and influences others including internal and external stakeholders and customers/suppliers to achieve required outcomes.
  • Supports procurement and financial processes associated with areas of responsibility. This will include representing Manufacturing Services in commercial activity and managing relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Investigates and works with communities of practice to identify and build upon current good practice to design, develop and implement processes to ensure a standard approach to Manufacturing Services activity
  • Understands the IT systems we use to drive our management and leadership activity.
  • Use of the tools to manage manufacturing services performance.
  • Communicates to the team using Digital tools, and able to communicate digital strategy and use of innovative technology.
  • This position does not offer a hybrid working arrangement

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience or
  • Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card) to be eligible for consideration

  • Developed specialized depth and/or breadth of experti
