Senior SAP BI & Datasphere Developer

The Role

MA-Coding is looking for a Senior Datasphere Developer with strong expertise in SAP Datasphere and SAP Business Intelligence (BW/4HANA, SAC). You will design, implement, and optimize data models and reporting solutions that empower business decisions across the organization.

What you will do

• Design and develop SAP Datasphere data models and pipelines for enterprise analytics.

• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of SAP Datasphere solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

• Optimize the existing Datasphere solution and migrate legacy solutions to modern SAP platforms.

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• University/College degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in SAP BI development (BW/4HANA, SAC).

• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud).

• Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and query optimization.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset.
  

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures.

• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.

• Exposure to predictive analytics or planning solutions in SAC.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and agile methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with Databricks.

• Power BI knowledge

• SAP BPC knowledge
