You will work with the most recognizable and influential players on the IT/ financial markets within the challenging projects.</span></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Your key responsibilities</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong><span>As a Senior Trade &amp; Settlement Analyst in Wealth and Asset Management, your key responsibilities will be:</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Cooperate with Business Analysts / Stakeholders / Teams on delivering client engagements, providing valuable support and key deliverables.</span></li> <li><span>Oversee and monitor transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.</span></li> <li><span>Analyze transaction data to identify trends, discrepancies and areas for improvement in the settlement process.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Analyze and possibly manage SWIFT messages for international payments, ensuring correct formatting and timely transmission.</span></li> <li><span>Perform reconciliation of trade settlements and payments to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.</span></li> <li><span>Contribute to the delivery of high-quality consulting services to clients.</span></li> <li><span>Participate in relevant training programs.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Skills and attributes for success</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong><span>As a candidate Senior Trade &amp; Settlement Analyst, you are continuously expanding and driving your career path taking into consideration that role as a key direction. The following skills will set you apart:</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in business, financial industry or degree from studies including finance faculty.</span></li> <li><span>Familiarity with payment systems, SWIFT messaging standards (both ISO 15022 and ISO 20022) and financial software applications.</span></li> <li><span>Corporate experience in trade settlement role of at least 3 years.</span></li> <li><span>Advanced domain knowledge of Finance, Asset Servicing or Wealth Management.</span></li> <li><span>Flexibility to adapt to changing regulations, technologies and market conditions.</span></li> <li><span>Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions to support decision-making.</span></li> <li><span>Fluency in spoken and written English.</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of Microsoft Office.</span></li> <li><span>Experience in working on an external project.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>To qualify for the role, you must have</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification.</span></li> <li><span>10+ years in a corporate IT environment.</span></li> <li><span>5+ years in a similar position.</span></li> <li><span>Strong communication skills.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent business communication skills.</span></li> <li><span>Certificates providing architectural skills like: AWS/Azure/GCP Architect level, TOGAF, ArchiMate or others.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Ideally, you’ll also have</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Understanding of relevant financial regulations, including AML, KYC and other compliance requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Experience and/or familiarity with workflow management systems such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello etc.</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge and awareness of team member roles within a project (e.g. business analyst, product owner, project manager).</span></li> <li><span>Native, or bilingual proficiency in other foreign languages than English.</span></li> <li><span>Ability and willingness to travel.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><s
