Summary
The Implementation Support Specialist, under the direct supervision of the Director of Software Development shall have responsibility for maintaining function within the company’s internal computer systems, including hook-up, diagnosis of problems, and installation or replacement of computer hardware and/or software.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Software to align on development priorities and organizational goals.
- Create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for internal and public audiences.
- Work closely with QA Training team to prepare for software rollouts, ensuring trainers fully understand new features and capabilities.
- Engage with department leaders and staff to identify workflow improvements and system enhancements that support business objectives.
- Analyze the downstream impact of software changes on multiple departments and recommend solutions to minimize disruption.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on company systems, policies, and processes to ensure alignment between technology and operations.
- Communicate system updates and their implications clearly to stakeholders.
- Monitor adoption of new features and provide feedback to the development team for continuous improvement.
- Provide support for system-related issues by working Help Desk tickets and assisting staff in resolving problems efficiently.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of software systems and how they integrate with business operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in practical terms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to anticipate cross-departmental impact of changes.
- Experience creating technical documentation or training resources preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships across departments and foster collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and innovation
