Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience understanding systems capabilities and operating procedures to fully apply such systems to the requirements of the HRD, to include, but not limited to, Total Workforce Management Service (TWMS), Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (OCPDS), and any other applicable systems. Experience applying knowledge of civilian and military personnel policies and systems. Experience executing knowledge of Federal laws, Department of War (DoW) regulations and Department of the Navy (DoN) health policies, standards, methodologies, and objectives sufficient to plan, develop, and implement programs and provide guidance, direction and technical assistance to administrative departments.
